IT OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Manage,providing oversight and supervision on operational aspect of business application, relational database system , system interfacing, batch processes and business application change management.
* Manage and coordinate day to day IT operational support team activities.
* Provide oversight and coordination on operational support of business applications and database systems administration, fine tuning, performance & capacity management, system batch & interfacing processes and disaster recovery.
* Organize business application and database systems support, environment setup/installation, program/fix movement, and user acceptance test.
* Manage and track business applications program change and operation incidents/problem.
* Manage project execution and deliverables.
* Ensure business applications and database systems are running within required operational hour and meet required availability.
* Ensure all business application and database system relates issues and support request are responded in timely manner.
* AIX server operating system and hardware administration.
* Backup systems, backup and installation media management.
* Coordinate with other respective area for business application operational supporting systems requirement.
* Providing regular operational report and documentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor or Diploma in Computer/Electrical engineering.
* > 6 years experience in data center operation support or other related fields.
* Good skill and experience in relational database system management and administration (IBM DB2 and Microsoft SQL Server), Microsoft SQL server T-SQL, IBM DB2 SQL PL, UNIX shell scripting, IBM Websphere, IBM CISC, Windows and UNIX (IBM AIX) server administration, Intel and AIX server hardware, TCP/IP Network, backup management (Netbackup), Tape Library, change management, batch and interfacing process management.
* Team leading experience is preferable.
* Experience and knowledge in application development is an additional advantage.
* Able to work with minimum supervision and proactive.
* Good team work and able to lead a team
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Good personality with high level of integrity.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills (in Bahasa Indonesia & English : read, write and verbal).
* Willing to be on call and/or work during odd hours when required
