We are currently looking for Professionals who are willing to accept the challenge to join with us to achieve success as a Unit Manager.
The Benefit will you receive when successfully passed the selection is as follows:
# Basic Commission for 3 years # Bonus on sales of Annual Premium: 15% of FYC # Monthly Bonus: 20% of FYC # Bonus Three Monthly: 20% of FYC # Year-End Bonuses: 15% - 45% of FYC # Monthly Allowance USD. 2.5 million Recruit # Bonus: 5% of FYC applicable Life Time Annual Contest #, 3 monthly, and Trip Overseas # Scholarship to attend Training on Domestic and International # Profit sharing fee each month equal to 25% of the total sales team and the allowance is fixed when you reach the monthly target.

Requirements:
* Male / Female Min D3/S1 minimum age and maximum 23 year 50Tahun
* Have a Business Network and extensive relationships.
* Loves a challenge and able to work as a team.
* Experience in the insurance field min. 1 year as a manager / supervisor
* Ability to recruit agents, build and have good leadership and entrepreneurial spirit (not employee)
