* Able to crunch numbers in production targets and welcome challenge
* Your Top Priority is to FINISH STRONG every months with your WINNING TEAM
Requirements:
* Demonstrate a True Leader with rock solid integrity and commitment, not a follower seasoning
* Have Can-Do mentality, the Business Mind-Set and Result Oriented is a must
* Able to select his / her own WINNING TEAM
* Strong Self-Mastery Skills, Strong Action Skills and Strong Relationship Skills
* Preferably in life insurance and direct sales force
* Work Experience: At Least 1 years experience on leading your own TEAM (Have success stories to tell)
* Age: 28-50 years old
* Not Work Because of financial security reason, but for FINANCIAL FREEDOM with us.
Variable Income:
